Executive Edge Coaching Agreement

This agreement is between The Promoted (Courtney O'Connell) and you. By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
1. Program Investment
Your investment is the amount shown at checkout. If you chose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments on time. Stopping participation does not cancel or reduce your remaining payments, except as described in the Results Guarantee below.
2. Nature of the Program
Executive Edge is a 6-week group coaching and executive readiness program designed to help you elevate how you think, communicate, and operate at work.
This is not therapy, counseling, legal, financial, or employment advisory services.
This is a high-engagement environment designed for leaders who are ready to take ownership of how they are perceived and positioned professionally.
3. Participation Expectations
This program is not passive. By enrolling, you agree to:
- Attend each scheduled session live, or watch the recording if you cannot attend
- Actively participate in discussions and exercises
- Complete your Executive Edge workbook and assigned work between sessions
- Build your 90-day plan and put it into action in your real work environment
Missed live sessions are not rescheduled, refunded, or credited. Recordings will be provided. Your results will be directly tied to your level of engagement.
4. Results Guarantee
Do the work. If it doesn't pay off, you don't pay.
If you do the work and, 90 days after the program ends, you don't believe you got your money's worth, you may request a refund of 100% of the amount you paid.
To qualify, you must have:
- Attended every session live or watched the full recording
- Completed your Executive Edge workbook
- Put your 90-day plan into action during the 90 days after the final session
How to request: Email courtney@thepromoted.com with the subject line "Executive Edge Guarantee" no sooner than 90 days and no later than 120 days after the final scheduled session. Include your completed workbook, your 90-day plan, and a short summary of the actions you took and what happened.
If you meet the conditions above, you will receive a refund of all amounts paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of approval. If you are on a payment plan, any remaining payments will be cancelled. Access to program materials ends once a refund is issued.
Outside of this guarantee, there are no refunds, including for a change of mind, schedule conflicts, or not participating.
If you have a concern about your purchase at any time, you agree to contact me directly at courtney@thepromoted.com so it can be addressed before you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.
5. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Promotions, raises, and other career decisions are made by your employer and are outside of my control. I do not guarantee any specific outcome, including a promotion, title, compensation change, or job offer. The Results Guarantee above is the only guarantee offered.
6. Confidentiality
This is a confidential space. All participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not share personal or professional information disclosed during sessions.
7. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All materials provided as part of Executive Edge, including but not limited to frameworks, tools, templates, videos, recordings, slides, workbooks, and written content, are the exclusive property of The Promoted.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal professional development only. You agree that you will not:
- Copy, reproduce, record, or distribute program materials in any form
- Share materials or your login with individuals outside of the cohort
- Use the content to train, coach, or develop others (internally or externally)
- Repurpose or present the materials as your own
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.
8. Coaching Approach
You can expect direct, honest, and strategic coaching. This may include challenging your thinking, identifying blind spots, and holding you accountable to a higher standard.
You agree to engage openly and communicate if something is not working so it can be addressed in real time.
9. Conduct
You agree to treat Courtney and fellow participants with respect. Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
Participation in this program is voluntary. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions at work. The Promoted is not responsible for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation. Any claim will be limited to the total amount paid for the program.
11. Agreement
By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms outlined above and are committed to fully participating in this experience.
